Who are 5 A Day?
5 A Day are a local company based just outside Wisbech. We have been supplying residential customers and the catering trade across Fenland, with the finest quality produce, for just over 3 years.
Where does your produce come from?
We are fortunate to be based in the middle of possibly the UK's finest agricultural land. We take full advantage of this and source much of our produce locally. If local produce is not available we source from other areas in the UK. Obviously some produce is just not grown in the UK. In those instances we deal directly with some of the countries largest importers to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
Is your produce fresh?
We pride ourselves on our quality control. Everything we deliver to you will be fresh and in excellent condition. In the case of our locally sourced produce we really can supply from field to plate within a matter of hours.
What happens if I am not happy with my goods?
In the unlikely event of this happening we will of course offer to replace the goods, or offer you a refund.
How do I make an order?
You can order through our easy to use website or by telephone. Registration is easy and takes only a few minutes, and once you've registered our system will remember you so you only have to do it once. Just click the Sign Up button to get started.
How will I know my order has been received?
Once your order has been placed you will see the order notification screen confirming your order has been placed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you have placed your order it cannot be cancelled or changed online. However, if you contact us by telephone we will do our very best to make any amendments.
Is there a delivery charge?
There is no delivery charge, but the minimum order value must be £6 or over.
When and how quickly can you deliver?
Delivery is made on the day you requested and within, or as close as possible, to the time slot you requested.
Do you offer same day or next day delivery?
Ordinarily no, and we believe this is what sets us apart from other retailers. To ensure you receive the freshest possible produce we purposely hold very little stock. Orders are processed at 10pm daily and sent out to our suppliers the following day. This advance notice allows them to ensure we collect the freshest produce on the day of your delivery.
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

What if I am not happy with the produce?
We are highly confident that all our produce is of the highest quality. However, if you are unhappy in any way please talk to the delivery driver or contact us as soon as possible: 07523 655 144 or firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I pay?
You can pay using your credit card via PayPal on our website when you place your order, or pay cash to the delivery driver when your order is delivered.
Is my payment secure?
PayPal is a highly secure and popular way to pay for things online, and most people already have a PayPal account. We never see your credit card details.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password there is a 'forgotten password' link on the log in page. Click this and a new password will be sent to the email address you supplied. You can then change the password we send you to whatever you want.
